Fear!

Dread..๐Ÿ‘ฝ๐Ÿ‘ฝ

I am been thinking a lot on what to write esp. for this blog, because I was afraid I would not be able to stand by the expectations.  The fear, the most powerful weapon which I always over played.. If I have to list the things that I am afraid of, the list will not end by a day..

Let me say, some of the best fear I have not overcome or not explored because there was no situation created to overcome .. that said, sometimes the best fear can be beaten in a situation when you do not have choice left..Time, Situation and the path that you choose to follow are the best friends to overcome fear..

I am afraid of๐Ÿ’

Being stranger
Until the moment
I smile & speak..

Of new rules
Until the moment
I started to practice

Of the embarrassment
Until I learnt
to embrace myself

Of the days it went
As I was not able to
Foresee what is stored in past.

Of being excel
Until I trained myself
To be disciplined

Of left alone
Until the moment
I choose not to be someone's last choice

Of heights
The fear of falling down
Suddenly

Of fast moving things
Because I just cannot
Handle
So let it be.. ๐Ÿ˜Š

A Telescopic view of API

From a Business Analyst- Telescopic View to API The development/technical folks tell you a few words all day and the words register, echo… There is more than one way to deal with that Ignore the echo and start using the words like a pro; beyond that word, you would not have any idea about it. Explore the basics to get familiarised with the words and make yourself comfortable. Third, deep dive into the world and become a techie!! Do not like those words, it annoys you, it is time to change your role.. :-) I belong to the second category. This blog is for the first /second set of people likes to get comfortable with the techie words.! One of the highly used words in my previous organization and here, in my 2nd project is APIs/webservices. My experience with Webserices/API: Around 5+ yrs, with the team who developed Webservices/API.  Now, I am on the other end. Pretty much I have the hands-on experience of both provider and consumer.. Hence, I can give you decent tips to make...

All gold..

As part of my job, I get to embrace a lot of gold chains/bracelets/rings /earrings, and being a woman, the temptations are real, to wear and own it. These desires grew stronger day by day, which landed me in a spot through the receptionist, where there is no camera coverage and with a deal that I have to allow her to wear it for a selfie. Well, one is taken care of, the wanting to possess at least a few did not allow me to sleep. I could not afford to buy any one of them because our peanut salary gets invisible into the endless loan, education fees, and all the bills. I did not want to become a gold thief, hence for now decided to sleep over the thought.  Days flew fast as the gossip on my Instagram jewel post. Few thought I won the lottery and interestingly, few assumed that my husband is getting black money in his IT job. Whatever the gossips where, but it made me feel like a celebrity in my neighborhood.  All the unknown faces become known. I got to choose the vegetab...

Impartiality.

Today  Mythili, “get ready soon. We are late!”. “Why in such a hurry? We have good 30 mins to catch the bus. To be specific, I do not want to wait at the bus stand. The bus stand, that has taken my son’s life. I know something happened there and no one wants to share with me anything”. She sits on the sofa, not wanting to cry but still her tears reveal the pain that she is going through for the last 5 years. Guilty and feeling helpless! Sigh! I am hoping from today the days are going to be better. Suddenly the wreath falls from his photo, acknowledging my hope. His smile and that innocence,  at least once, I want to ask him,  "Am I not a good father?" 5 days back: After my son killed himself, Mythili lost herself in a different world. She stopped sleeping and eating. During those days, my situation was the same as hers. I could not do anything much to take care of her. Once I moved to the office, I managed to divert the pain, but she locked herself in a room and wa...
