The week end watch review. A Musical love story . .the music that connects love.! In the same genre, there are lot of cinemas made in kollywood, Bollywood etc.. One of my favorite film in that genre is “Sindhu Bhairavi”. An intense movie! Beautifully created characters JKB, Sindu and Bhairavi! Even a non-music person would fall in love with this film songs.. 

While I started remembering Sindu Bhairavi, my mind took a long deviation from today's blog.

Bandish bandits! One of Amazon prime series! After “4 more shots please” , this is second amazon series I have watched..

 

Atfirst, I had restriction to watch it , as the actors/actress were unknown to me expect Naseeruddin Shah. After a long procrastinate, in the idea of checking out first episode, I started.. but I did not realize when the 2nd  episode started.. likewise 5 episodes completed… 5 more pending..  

Nice time spend on the series… Yes, Nearly I cannot compare it with Sindhu Bhairavi! But on its own style , Badish Bandits is well made..

Radhe, classical singer ,trying hard to impress his guruji , grandfather (Naseeruddin Shah) to get the sacred thread. The Thread than enables Radhe to become guruji’s favorite student and  makes him eligible to learn the toughest raaga. 

He meets Tamanaa, youtube sensational, carefree singer on a music concert where she is there to find the ideal singer to save her contract with the current company. Her dreams is retain the contract to sing with international pop sensational singer.

 Storyline is how these two characters get trapped and  fall for each other. The drama does not end there. Radhe family wants him to get married to King’s daughter. 

While he fights for his love, he has to win over his guruji competitor on a competition. Further drama yet to be unfold, as I am yet to watch 5 more episodes.. 😊

On the first hear, I could not get additicted to the songs that are part of series. Perhaps I need to lisen more than once.. Radhe’s determination and struggles on purification processes are short and well made.. The impact is kept there.

Tamanna’s carefree attitude and role-play idea to make Radhe to connect words with emotions are not boring! A Bollywood love story..Radhe finacee, Sandhya has justified her role.. I do not think I can even comment on Naseeruddin shah , a legendary actor who depicted the strict office role!! Great job..

 Overall a nice storyline told effortlessly and make you to giggle at a times !  Give a shot if you have time..

Kanni Maadam- Book Review.. First of all, writing the pure Tamizh names to echo the same is really tough.. However here is my take.. I must appreciate the writer for writing it so lengthy. Even though in few places the description of the situation is dragging, but is not failing to impress neither it is hurts the story line.. The storyline, takes back to the world of king and war! Once upon a time, Tamilnadu was open to dangerous. Everyone wants to rule it because of the wealth or someone gave them space to stay! The story revolves around Madurai and Nellai. During that time, the primary rulers were Pandiyas  (Madurai) and Cholas (Nellai). During the thayathi war, Parakrama pandya was killed by Kulasekhara Pandiya. Before dying, he sought help from Illangarapuran to fight with Kulasekaran. Illllangarapuran defeated Kulasekara Pandyan and made Veerapandiyan as king i.e Parakirama Pandya’s son. So it become like a joke i.e I am wearing a shirt but it is not mine.. or in same line...
