Cleaning

Cleaning!

Long Ago, there lived a zamindar, richest in the village and his words ruled the village. Since he was the richest, his caste was the uppermost. He had 10 helpers to keep his house clean. He had OCD.

Kalyani, Shankar,’s daughter. She was not like any other village girl. She was bold and talkative. Even though she was at 17, she had the ability to speak for her needs. Shankar was a farmer and owned a land. The poverty hit them hard in the form of no rain. As a result, living become a struggle for Shankar and his family. To survive, Shankar ended up taking loan from zamindar, on his land. Zamindar always had eye on Shankar’s land because in the entire village, that was only property that was not his. As expected, Shankar could not clear the loan on time and which in turn to be the advantage of zamindar. Zamindar forced them to write land on his name! Shankar was helpless and attempted suicide. He survived through the suicide but not from the reality. Could not take up from there, Kalyani approached the nearby police station for help as she could not see her father’s grief.

On the same fateful night, Kalyani was burnt alive after someone hurt her feminine very badly and breaking her spine. Shankar died one more time! Hard truth is that, everyone knows who’s dirty hand was behind that. But nothing could be done. Power & Politics, the cluttered mind of power & politics.

After writing the story, I asked myself how long I am going to write the same story. Is not boring?  Not only that, it sounds like copyright of a story that is been written by many writers in a better way and few directors made a better movie with a great casting. Am I still brooding over the past and not writing up to today’s standard.?

Well! I am very much aligned with the current living. Living in 2020, using smart phone, digitalization for shopping, food delivery on a click, typing on laptop etc... but those nightmares are never done. Women empowerment, become presentation in ppt. Posting status, blogs, articles on newspaper, people’s strike helped only to an extension to express the state of mind.  Still, the same helpless situation!

Zamindar is still alive. Sounds like Zamindar has taken rebirth to do the same and Kalyani taken rebirth to become a scapegoat! Or vice versa. Even if it is vice versa, it is not helping...

Ideally, I am not sure even how to clean the clutter of the criminal’s mind. Cleaning the clutter of some men’s mind become an impossible task!

In the game of power and politics, the normal person can afford maximum to cleanse their house by giving the right education to the men in their house!! Hope that would make a difference to have cleaner mindset!

A Telescopic view of API

From a Business Analyst- Telescopic View to API The development/technical folks tell you a few words all day and the words register, echo… There is more than one way to deal with that Ignore the echo and start using the words like a pro; beyond that word, you would not have any idea about it. Explore the basics to get familiarised with the words and make yourself comfortable. Third, deep dive into the world and become a techie!! Do not like those words, it annoys you, it is time to change your role.. :-) I belong to the second category. This blog is for the first /second set of people likes to get comfortable with the techie words.! One of the highly used words in my previous organization and here, in my 2nd project is APIs/webservices. My experience with Webserices/API: Around 5+ yrs, with the team who developed Webservices/API.  Now, I am on the other end. Pretty much I have the hands-on experience of both provider and consumer.. Hence, I can give you decent tips to make...

All gold..

As part of my job, I get to embrace a lot of gold chains/bracelets/rings /earrings, and being a woman, the temptations are real, to wear and own it. These desires grew stronger day by day, which landed me in a spot through the receptionist, where there is no camera coverage and with a deal that I have to allow her to wear it for a selfie. Well, one is taken care of, the wanting to possess at least a few did not allow me to sleep. I could not afford to buy any one of them because our peanut salary gets invisible into the endless loan, education fees, and all the bills. I did not want to become a gold thief, hence for now decided to sleep over the thought.  Days flew fast as the gossip on my Instagram jewel post. Few thought I won the lottery and interestingly, few assumed that my husband is getting black money in his IT job. Whatever the gossips where, but it made me feel like a celebrity in my neighborhood.  All the unknown faces become known. I got to choose the vegetab...

Impartiality.

Today  Mythili, “get ready soon. We are late!”. “Why in such a hurry? We have good 30 mins to catch the bus. To be specific, I do not want to wait at the bus stand. The bus stand, that has taken my son’s life. I know something happened there and no one wants to share with me anything”. She sits on the sofa, not wanting to cry but still her tears reveal the pain that she is going through for the last 5 years. Guilty and feeling helpless! Sigh! I am hoping from today the days are going to be better. Suddenly the wreath falls from his photo, acknowledging my hope. His smile and that innocence,  at least once, I want to ask him,  "Am I not a good father?" 5 days back: After my son killed himself, Mythili lost herself in a different world. She stopped sleeping and eating. During those days, my situation was the same as hers. I could not do anything much to take care of her. Once I moved to the office, I managed to divert the pain, but she locked herself in a room and wa...
