Keep Moving..

Setback!

Until we breathe and breath out for last, there is always a setback that keep challenging us! A challenge to discipline lifestyle… Today the blog is on the feeling “hopeless”… While writing this, even I felt the same, it is been 18 days.. I wanted to blog  for 30 days because someone said, “practice for 30 days, it becomes routine.. even when the moments to leave , it will not leave .like brushing, it becomes one of the activity” I picked up from there, committed myself a blog for 30 days.. but it is not that easy as I said to myself..  lot of self-motivation ! The words that needs to be win is “shall I skip” or  “what if I do not skip? It is challenge to keep up myself on the track and keep blogging…


Blogging is simple task .. but to execute that itself I needed lot of self-motivation..Uhmm..

If life is like a  movie song, that would be nice, where someone feel hopeless and in one song, hero changes the entire situation and make moment colorful.. Nice.! Very dreamy though.. In reality of life, one has to be their hero/heroine and do dual role!

Is there any simple way to be disciplined ? I can hear your mind voice.. saying.. Just do it, do not ask.. that’s the solution..Uhmmm.. Yes.. Determination. Like solid rock, focus.. more than focus. Love yourself.. Be selfish to your goals.. give all excuses to be disciplined.. .. is it enough?

Nope. Willpower .. very essential. You must possess strong willpower towards the goal.. Like a stone heart.. is it really hard ? Can we make it smooth process? Yes, honestly. Think about it every moment when ever you get time.. Be creative! And talk about it to the right set of people!  Evaluate yourself and give credit.. celebrate the milestone.. !!

Sometimes being unbending towards your positive goals earns the result..


If you feel hopeless. That’s absolutely fine.. Afterall it is one of the feeling.. embrace it and move on.. no feelings is going to stand for long time until you dwell into it..
